The administration of the organization is compromised to destine the necessary resources for the implementation of a system for security management, occupational health, and environmental care, framed by the current regulations in Colombia, the client's requirements, and any of other nature.

The company constantly promotes a working culture based on self-care, which is reflected in the wellbeing of the whole group and in the quality of their working conditions.

Meeting with our compromise to promote safe and healthy environments for our managers and collaborators, we have developed a public policy for the establishment of a working community free of manufacture, distribution, possession, or use of any hallucinogenic substances, tobacco or alcohol abuse. In its mission, ROSCO looks to integrate a healthy community, safe, and efficient at the moment of performing their activities.
